All inquiries and case-related communications are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose the existence of any inquiry, the identity of any client, or any case details to any third party, including family members, employers, or other individuals, without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Third-Party Services

This website uses Web3Formssolely to deliver contact form submissions to our team via email. Your submitted data is transmitted to Web3Forms’ servers for delivery and is subject to their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy. We do not use any other third-party services that process your personal data.

No Sale of Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any outside parties under any circumstances.

Data Retention

Inquiry information is retained only as long as necessary to respond to and manage your request. If no engagement results from an inquiry, data is deleted within 90 days. Client case records are retained in accordance with applicable Florida law.

Florida Privacy Rights

Florida residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about them by contacting us directly. We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
